FOR TRAVEL IN 2023 / 2024:

For your convenience, we've outlined the dates by which payments are due:

• Wildlife Season  (May 1st - October 31st): To secure your booking, please make the full        payment 30 days before your check-in date.

• High Season Reservations (January 6th - April 30th / November 1st - December 21st): Your full payment must be completed 60 days before your check-in date.

• Holiday Season Reservations (December 22nd - January 5th): For holiday bookings, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the reservation amount is required 120 days before check-in. The remaining balance should be settled 90 days before your stay.

If you have already paid in full and find it necessary to cancel or alter your reservation, we will issue a non-refundable Hotel Credit* to you.

*You have up to one year from your original stay date to use the Hotel Credit. The hotel may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Please be aware that any changes to your reservation, including rescheduling, modifications, or cancellations, will be governed by the policies of your original booking. It's a good practice to remember this when making adjustments.
