Guarantee
A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
After completing your booking, you will receive an email requesting that you secure your reservation by entering your card details through our secure payment platform.
If a card has not been provided within 24 hours, a reminder will be sent. Reservations without a valid card within 72 hours of booking will be automatically released, even if payment is not required at that time.
This process allows us to ensure availability and properly secure your stay.

Payment Policy
Payments are processed automatically according to the season of your reservation:
Wildlife Season
Full payment is processed 30 days prior to arrival.
High Season
Full payment is processed 60 days prior to arrival.
Holiday Season
● 25% deposit: 120 days prior to arrival
● Remaining balance: 90 days prior to arrival
You will receive a notification 24 hours before any automatic charge is processed, including the last four digits of the card on file, giving you the opportunity to update your payment method if needed.
All transactions are processed through our secure encrypted payment system, ensuring the protection of your card information.

Cancellation & Modifications
Cancellation and modification deadlines depend on the season of your reservation:
● Wildlife Season: 31+ days prior to arrival
● High Season: 61+ days prior to arrival
● Holiday Season: 121+ days prior to arrival
Cancellations made after these deadlines, or in the event of a no-show, will result in the applicable penalty according to the reservation terms.
If a modification requested after the cancellation deadline results in a lower reservation value, the difference will not be refunded. Instead, a credit may be issued for use during the stay, which must be used in full during the visit.
